Our social responsibility policy is based on sustainability strategies that address the concern for collective well-being and the social and environmental effects of our business. In this way, we have been conducting practices to support the various social agents that are interact with the company, be they employees, suppliers, consumers / customers, the community or society in general.
Among the various activities undertaken, we attach the utmost importance to social solidarity, culture, education and training and human resources.

Environment
Environmental issues are also at the forefront of our concerns, in particular in the activities associated with construction having high impact on the consumption of materials and energy resources and in the production of waste. The growth and development of the various departments of the company has made evident the need to integrate environmental issues into the management system in order to meet socio-economic needs and protect the environment.
Therefore, we have adopted a management policy that includes environmental criteria such as the development of processes and procedures that cause a lower environmental impact, responsible consumption of natural resources and prevention of pollution, namely reducing the use of hazardous products and the production of waste.
