The contract consisted essentially of the construction of the Decathlon Logistics and Commercial Building in Setúbal and the surrounding ring road that interconnects to the North and South Motorways. The Logistics Unit and Commercial Building constitute an industrial building with an area of 37,000 m2, built on a plot of approximately 20 hectares in which special attention was given to the conservation and replanting of existing natural species.
