General Construction Contract of the Facilities of the Aeronautical Unit of CEIIA, in Matosinhos. It consists of the construction of two buildings for the services and Engineering rooms of CEIIA, including a hangar for tests and trials and respective elevated connecting walkways, representing about 14,000 m2 of gross building area, laid out in a privileged 10,347 m2 lot, located on the corner of the Circunvalação Road and Av. D. Afonso Henriques, Matosinhos, bordering on the north to the Parque da Cidade (City Park).
