Industrial Unit composed of 3 blocks: Germination building, Processing Building and Administrative Block, totalling a construction area of 17,000m 2 on a plot of 48,000 m2. The volume of construction is 125,000 m3 with a height of 20.5 m. In general, the plant is a steel column and beam structure with a roof and façade covering of sandwich panel. The cold room has a voided slab covering and the technical rooms a deck covering. The Germination building is composed of 16 completely airtight growing rooms, built of sandwich panel; Part of the floor is finished with a high density hydraulic mortar to promote greater hygiene and cleanliness. The Processing Building houses the processing, packaging and storage of the product and has a steel structure pipe-rack where water and electromechanical (steam boiler room circuits, hot and cold water distribution circuits, electrical circuits). The Administrative Block consists of several offices, meeting rooms, kitchenette, toilets and stairs to the mezzanine where the laboratory is located. In these areas, the aluminium, wood and vinyl finishes stand out. The roof drainage system is siphonic - GEBERIT PLUVIA. In the exterior, bituminous walkways and access paths were built, lawns were sowed and trees planted.
