The renovation of the existing facilities - blocks A, B, C, D, H and J - focused on interior rearrangement, improvement of interior and exterior coverings, maintenance of structural conditions and complete renovation of electrical, telecommunications and water infrastructure and partial renovation of domestic sewage and rainwater drainage.
Blocks I, E, F, G, K and L were all new buildings with administrative, social, educational and technical / maintenance functions. The outer spaces were all renovated with new plantings, keeping part of the existing trees.
