The WWTP is designed for a projected flow of 7,617m3 / day, corresponding to a total population equivalent of 49,891 inhabitants equivalent, coming from the parishes of the municipalities of Amares and Vila Verde. The works included the elaboration of the final designs of engineering specialties and the civil construction works (earthworks, reinforced concrete works, piping network) and of supply and assembly of equipment (metal mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, automation, instrumentation and remote management), ancillary works, deodorization, soundproofing, landscaping, testing and start-up for operation of the new WWTP.
