The project consists of two main buildings: the hangar and the contiguous administrative building. The administrative building is composed of a ground and first floor set out in front of a larger hangar, with a vertical clearance that varies from 11.00 m to 14.50 m (in the first two structural modules). The space between the two buildings, called the connection, was built in a lighter structure and covered by a translucent material guaranteeing the entry of natural light in that area of transition. The solution adopted for the Hangar was a prefabricated concrete and steel structure. For the offices a traditional solution and lightweight slabs was adopted.
The Hangar is covered by a sandwich panel, both on the facades and the roof, and the offices with ETICS.
