Contract for the Urban Rehabilitation that transformed the old CTT building into a housing development of 104 apartments and a commercial area with 16 shops. The project proposed the recovery of the existing building in its entirety, with a clear intention to conserve its urban and architectural image. The program was mainly geared toward housing, where the ground floor accommodates the commercial spaces or services, energizing the surrounding urban area. From an architectural point of view, the intention was to respect and value as much as possible the exterior appearance of the building, homogenizing the exterior and interior facades (which face the courtyard) and recovering whenever possible the existing masonry.
