The facilities comprise 2 buildings, with respectively 4,328 m2 and 1,946.7 m2, which function as independent units. The present project deals with the rehabilitation and requalification of Building 1, and only Building 2 is a new construction. Thus, a mezzanine, a new façade with steel and concrete solutions according to drawings and a cover with an entrance portal on one end, was added to the structure. Building 2 is comprised of a new portal frame steel structure in portico with steel columns, trusses and purlins. The distance between portals varies from 6.40 m to 6.80 m depending on the need to adapt the structure to the remaining system.
The building has three entrances, seeking to ensure good accessibility, with safety and convenience. The slopes of the streets were conditioned by the level of the ground floor of the building and by the slope of the road that accompanies the development of the building.
