The contract consisted mainly of earthworks and the execution of all civil construction work, relating to a structure consisting of prefabricated concrete portal frames and metal structures. The ground floors are composed of reinforced concrete slabs over a variable size aggregate layer. The peripheral enclosure is comprised of reinforced concrete walls and the firewalls in the partitioning of the warehouse are built in masonry. The facades consist of steel facing applied on steel profiles and / or concrete block walls.
