The construction of the Lidl Service Centre has a space configuration as follows: on floor -1 is the covered parking with 208 spaces; on the ground floor are located the social areas, namely the meeting rooms, canteen, fitness, kitchen for testing and / or quality checks, as well as a set of offices; floors 1 and 2 are basically made up of offices of the various services. All the necessary works related to the construction of the building in reinforced concrete were done, as well as works of the different specialities.
