The Continente in Barreiro is the first shopping centre built entirely by dst. This project results from a partnership established with Sonae and, in addition to the Continente, encompasses other brands, most of which are also in the Sonae group: Worten, Modalfa, Bom Bocado, Wells - Espaço Saúde e Ótica, Geostar and a 5 à SEC. The job, with approximately 40 thousand m2 of building, surrounding roads and external arrangements, gathered operational synergies of several dst Group companies (tgeotecnia, bysteel, dte and tmodular), responsible for the earthworks, geotechnics - piled foundations, reinforced concrete structure, architecture and finishing, technical specialties and special installations.
