The contract included the implementation of the Torres Novas Wastewater Treatment Plant, the implementation of a new Pump Station at Mesiões, the upgrading of six existing Pump Stations (Nicho de Riachos, Centro de Saúde, Vale, Quinta do Mato, Santo António and Hospital) and the construction of a Wastewater Outfall with an extension of about 1,800 m.
