The building consists of the competition and learning pool, gymnasium area, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, massage rooms, tennis court, squash court, dance rooms, changing rooms, office facilities, shops and bar / cafeteria. Reinforced concrete portal structure. Roof structure is a glued wood laminate where the roof covering panel is acoustically treated with spray applied cellulose. Exterior facades of the building in aluminium frames with double glazing. The exterior facades are completely glazed, clinging to a mixed wood / steel structure, with the particularity of having an inclination of 5º with respect to the vertical plane.
Interior finishes of the floors and common areas of the building in self-levelling phenolic resins, dance rooms and squash court floors in oak sports flooring. External finishing of the commercial area in Ipê wood. Tennis court in Sportflex Non-slip.
